Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C3orf18 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C3orf18 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher C3orf18 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C3orf18 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where C3orf18 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
