C3orf18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C3orf18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,110 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C3orf18-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, MAPK1, and CRYBB2P1. Each is linked with C3orf18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C3orf18-to-partner and partner-to-C3orf18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPD3 grouped by C3orf18-low versus C3orf18-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C3orf18→partner) and Y-score (partner→C3orf18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
