C3AR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C3AR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C3AR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, FoxM1, and Lck. Each is linked with C3AR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C3AR1-to-partner and partner-to-C3AR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by C3AR1-low versus C3AR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C3AR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→C3AR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
