C3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,556 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC20, MTFP1, and ENO1. Each is linked with C3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C3-to-partner and partner-to-C3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDC20 grouped by C3-low versus C3-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C3→partner) and Y-score (partner→C3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
