C3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 7,022 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CACNA1H, SALL4, and FSIP2. Each is linked with C3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C3-to-partner and partner-to-C3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CACNA1H grouped by C3-low versus C3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C3→partner) and Y-score (partner→C3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
