Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C2orf91 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C2orf91 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher C2orf91 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C2orf91 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
DLBC are the cancer types where C2orf91 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
