C2orf81

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C2orf81 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,139 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C2orf81-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XRCC1, WDR54, and IFT74. Each is linked with C2orf81 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C2orf81-to-partner and partner-to-C2orf81 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C2orf81 versus XRCC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C2orf81→partner) and Y-score (partner→C2orf81) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
