The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher C2orf80 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C2orf80 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRC, OV, and SKCM are the cancer types where C2orf80 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
