Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C2orf69 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C2orf69 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher C2orf69 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C2orf69 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and UCEC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, LUAD, and GBM are the cancer types where C2orf69 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
