Across TCGA cell cohorts, C2orf68 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,706 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C2orf68-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with C2orf68 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C2orf68-to-partner and partner-to-C2orf68 results are reported.
