C2orf50

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C2orf50 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,566 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C2orf50-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPEF2, PIFO, and SAMD15. Each is linked with C2orf50 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C2orf50-to-partner and partner-to-C2orf50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C2orf50 versus SPEF2 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C2orf50→partner) and Y-score (partner→C2orf50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
