Across TCGA patient cohorts, C2orf50 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,403 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C2orf50-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LZTFL1, TPPP3, and IFT43. Each is linked with C2orf50 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C2orf50-to-partner and partner-to-C2orf50 results are reported.
