C2CD5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C2CD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,027 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C2CD5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FIBP, CMAS, and HCFC1. Each is linked with C2CD5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C2CD5-to-partner and partner-to-C2CD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C2CD5 versus FIBP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C2CD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→C2CD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
