C2CD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C2CD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,092 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C2CD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR2D, CDC45, and IGHD6-19. Each is linked with C2CD5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C2CD5-to-partner and partner-to-C2CD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLR2D grouped by C2CD5-low versus C2CD5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C2CD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→C2CD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
