C2CD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C2CD5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C2CD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, FoxM1, and Cyclin-E2. Each is linked with C2CD5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C2CD5-to-partner and partner-to-C2CD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by C2CD5-low versus C2CD5-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C2CD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→C2CD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
