C2CD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C2CD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 137 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C2CD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRFN2, PATE1, and SUPT20HL1. Each is linked with C2CD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C2CD5-to-partner and partner-to-C2CD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRFN2 grouped by C2CD5-low versus C2CD5-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C2CD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→C2CD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
