The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher C2CD4C Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C2CD4C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and LIHC are the cancer types where C2CD4C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
