Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C2CD4C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,367 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C2CD4C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDH13, PALM, and PDIA6. Each is linked with C2CD4C in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C2CD4C-to-partner and partner-to-C2CD4C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C2CD4C versus CDH13 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C2CD4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→C2CD4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
