Across TCGA cell cohorts, C2CD4C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,928 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C2CD4C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to centrosome, Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, and Proton motive force-driven mitochondrial ATP synthesis. Each is linked with C2CD4C in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C2CD4C-to-partner and partner-to-C2CD4C results are reported.
