Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C2CD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,198 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C2CD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADRB2, ASAH1, and C4BPA. Each is linked with C2CD2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C2CD2-to-partner and partner-to-C2CD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C2CD2 versus ADRB2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C2CD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→C2CD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
