Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C2CD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,022 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C2CD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUPV3L1, SYAP1, and BCCIP. Each is linked with C2CD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C2CD2-to-partner and partner-to-C2CD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SUPV3L1 grouped by C2CD2-low versus C2CD2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C2CD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→C2CD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
