Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C21orf62 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C21orf62 data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher C21orf62 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C21orf62 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, CESC, and UCEC are the cancer types where C21orf62 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
