Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, C20orf85 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 440 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C20orf85-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAH10, NISCH, and UBR4. Each is linked with C20orf85 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C20orf85-to-partner and partner-to-C20orf85 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAH10 grouped by C20orf85-low versus C20orf85-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C20orf85→partner) and Y-score (partner→C20orf85) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
