The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher C20orf194 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C20orf194 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and LSCC show a favorable association.
