Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,542 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP14, ARHGAP4, and PLCB2. Each is linked with C2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C2-to-partner and partner-to-C2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C2 versus PARP14 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
