Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,116 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRPX, DIPK2B, and JAM2. Each is linked with C2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C2-to-partner and partner-to-C2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C2 versus SRPX in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
