Across TCGA patient cohorts, C2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, Bax, and 4E-BP1_pS65. Each is linked with C2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C2-to-partner and partner-to-C2 results are reported.
