Across TCGA cell cohorts, C2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,664 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Complement activation, classical pathway, Fatty acid catabolic process, and Monocarboxylic acid catabolic process. Each is linked with C2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C2-to-partner and partner-to-C2 results are reported.
