The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher C1orf56 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C1orf56 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
BLCA and UCEC are the cancer types where C1orf56 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
