Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C1orf54 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C1orf54 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher C1orf54 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C1orf54 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, CESC, and ACC are the cancer types where C1orf54 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
