C1orf43

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C1orf43 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,575 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1orf43-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein targeting to Golgi apparatus, Negative regulation of CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell differentiation, and Blood coagulation, intrinsic pathway. Each is linked with C1orf43 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1orf43-to-partner and partner-to-C1orf43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein targeting to Golgi apparatus grouped by C1orf43-low versus C1orf43-high in PANCREAS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1orf43→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1orf43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
