Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C1orf194 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C1orf194 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher C1orf194 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C1orf194 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and PRAD are the cancer types where C1orf194 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
