Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C1orf112 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C1orf112 data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher C1orf112 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C1orf112 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, KIRC, and OV are the cancer types where C1orf112 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
