Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1orf100 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,974 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C1orf100-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCF11_S1520, RRP15, and DHX9. Each is linked with C1orf100 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1orf100-to-partner and partner-to-C1orf100 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C1orf100 versus PCF11_S1520 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1orf100→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1orf100) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
