C1RL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1RL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1RL-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rab25, Annexin-1, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with C1RL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1RL-to-partner and partner-to-C1RL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rab25 grouped by C1RL-low versus C1RL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1RL→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1RL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
