C1RL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C1RL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,680 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1RL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fatty acid beta-oxidation, Striated muscle contraction, and Complement activation, classical pathway. Each is linked with C1RL in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1RL-to-partner and partner-to-C1RL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Fatty acid beta-oxidation grouped by C1RL-low versus C1RL-high in LIVER.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1RL→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1RL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
