C1R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1R mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1R-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, GAPDH, and PEA-15_pS116. Each is linked with C1R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1R-to-partner and partner-to-C1R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by C1R-low versus C1R-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1R→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
