C1R

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C1R RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,886 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1R-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Complement activation, classical pathway, Response to hydrostatic pressure, and Protein targeting to lysosome involved in chaperone-mediated autophagy. Each is linked with C1R in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1R-to-partner and partner-to-C1R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Complement activation, classical pathway grouped by C1R-low versus C1R-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1R→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
