Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C1QTNF3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C1QTNF3 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher C1QTNF3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C1QTNF3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ACC, ESCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where C1QTNF3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
