C1QTNF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1QTNF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,064 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QTNF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPM1, TPM2, and KANK2. Each is linked with C1QTNF2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QTNF2-to-partner and partner-to-C1QTNF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C1QTNF2 versus TPM1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1QTNF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1QTNF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
