Across TCGA cell cohorts, C1QTNF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,471 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QTNF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JAZF1, PARVA, and NEURL1B. Each is linked with C1QTNF2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QTNF2-to-partner and partner-to-C1QTNF2 results are reported.
