Across TCGA cell cohorts, C1QTNF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,992 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QTNF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of sister chromatid segregation, Negative regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition, and Regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate. Each is linked with C1QTNF2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QTNF2-to-partner and partner-to-C1QTNF2 results are reported.
