C1QL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1QL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDE2A-AS1, MIR4319, and MIR4787. Each is linked with C1QL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QL4-to-partner and partner-to-C1QL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1QL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1QL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
