Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1QL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,691 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C1QL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTER, NCOA7_S211, and NSF. Each is linked with C1QL3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QL3-to-partner and partner-to-C1QL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C1QL3 versus PTER in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1QL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1QL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
