C1QL3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1QL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,976 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, PRODH, and SEZ6L. Each is linked with C1QL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QL3-to-partner and partner-to-C1QL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C1QL3 versus SNRPD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1QL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1QL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
