C1QL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1QL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 262 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1241P, ME3, and TMEM163. Each is linked with C1QL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QL3-to-partner and partner-to-C1QL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1241P grouped by C1QL3-low versus C1QL3-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1QL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1QL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
