C1QL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1QL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,982 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF1A, STEAP3, and CRABP1. Each is linked with C1QL2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QL2-to-partner and partner-to-C1QL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C1QL2 versus KIF1A in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1QL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1QL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
