C1QL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1QL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,174 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ASRGL1, HSDL1, and LCMT1. Each is linked with C1QL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QL2-to-partner and partner-to-C1QL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C1QL2 versus ASRGL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1QL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1QL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
