C1QC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1QC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,657 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QC-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF12, PTPN9, and RNU6ATAC15P. Each is linked with C1QC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QC-to-partner and partner-to-C1QC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAF12 grouped by C1QC-low versus C1QC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1QC→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1QC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
