Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1QC mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QC-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, JNK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with C1QC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QC-to-partner and partner-to-C1QC results are reported.
